Biocaf - čistící kapalina mléčných cest

The Cafiza2® espresso machine cleaner is part of the daily cleaning routine of every good barista. This powder has been designed for use on coffee machines equipped with a "back flush" valve. Its solubility and foamability are balanced for the best possible cleaning, it is soluble, strong and easy to use. Cafiza® cleaning powder is suitable for a wide range of espresso machines and has a health certificate from NSF (www.nsf.org).

Use:
1. Pour 3 g of powder into a blank portafilter. Insert the portafilter into the coffee machine head.
2. Start the coffee machine for approx. 10 seconds. Turn off and wait 10 seconds. Repeat this process about 5 times.
3. Remove the portafilter and rinse the basket with water.
4. Repeat step 2 with clean water.
5. Soak the portafilters in a solution of hot water and Cafiza powder (6 g / l) for 30 minutes.
6. Wash thoroughly with clean water.
