The harvest took place in January 2024, when the coffee cherries are carefully selected and processed. The washed processing of this coffee is essential to achieve its clean and clear flavour profile. After harvesting, the coffee cherries are thoroughly cleaned and fermented in water, allowing the pulp to be removed and the natural flavours of the beans to be brought out.
