Quality espresso is the foundation for a wide variety of drinks. To prepare it correctly, it's important to follow several essential steps. We will teach you how to adjust the grinder, provide you with basic information on espresso preparation, and, last but not least, how to care for your coffee machine.

Course Content:

You will learn what espresso is. You will have the opportunity to try coffee preparation several times under expert supervision, with feedback and tasting.
Intensive teaching in a small group with individual attention to each participant.
You will learn how to correctly adjust the grinder and how to clean it properly. You will also discover how to take care of your coffee machine.

• Setting the right espresso recipe
• Coffee distribution technique in the portafilter
• Coffee tamping
• Overview of espresso preparation steps
• Basic milk steaming and Latte art
• Maintaining the grinder and coffee machine, cleaning, and maintenance

Payment for the course must be made in advance, either by bank transfer or through GoPAY.

Upon ordering, you will receive a voucher, and you can arrange your individual session at your convenience.

Conditions for the voucher:

1. The voucher must be redeemed by the date of validity indicated on the voucher. After the expiration of the validity period, the voucher is forfeited without the possibility of compensation.
2. The voucher can be used only once.
3. The voucher cannot be exchanged for money, nor will we refund the money.
4. The reservation of the course date can be only made electronically at the email address: katerina@dos-mundos.cz or by telephone at the number: +420 606 738 773

5. The reservation of the course date must be made no later than 30 days before the expiry of the course.
6. In case of cancellation of the course date, registered participants are entitled to a free change of reservation, resp. for financial compensation in the full amount of the voucher price.
7. If the registered participants cancel the reservation of a place on the course, the following cancellation conditions apply:

a) in case of cancellation 6 or more days before the start of the course - the possibility of free change of the reservation date
b) in case of cancellation 5-3 days before the start of the course - the possibility of changing the reservation date with a fee of 40% of the course price
c) in case of cancellation 2-1 day before the start of the course - the possibility of changing the reservation date with a fee of 70% of the course price
d) in case of cancellation less than 24 hours. before the start of the course - change of the reservation reservation is impossible, the voucher is forfeited

General conditions

In case of unexpected cancellation of the course by the organizer, the registered participants are entitled to compensation. They can either use the option of free change of the reservation of the course date, or get back the paid course fee.

If the registered participants cancel the reservation of the course date, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• If the reservation is canceled 6 or more days before the start of the course - the possibility of a free change of the reservation date, or full refund.
• If the reservation is canceled 5-3 days before the start of the course, the cancellation fee is 40% of the course price.
• If the reservation is canceled 2-1 day before the start of the course, the cancellation fee is 70% of the price.
• If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the start of the course, the cancellation fee is 100% of the price.
